Tatters and Brady
Tatters and Brady are a deeply bonded pair, introduced to each other shortly after each had lost a mate. Tatters was a stray in the mountains who had become “tattered” by animals trying to catch her. She was adopted, but when her hus-bunn died, she came to us to find a friend.
Brady is a beautiful Champagne d’Argent – “Silver [rabbit] of Champagne” (Champagne is the province in France famous for its bubbly, of course). This lovely rabbit came to us following confiscation from a breeder. His mate, of the same breed, died, and he was bereft.
When Tatters and Brady came together, it was true love, but sadly, their people were struggling to build a home in the mountains, and as luck would have it, “everything” went wrong. Rather than have the rabbits waiting “forever” to come home, they chose to give them a chance to have a home sooner than they were able to take them.
Tatters has had arthritis since she came to us, but Myristol and Metacam keep her comfortable and active. These two beauties are anxiously awaiting their new forever family, and can’t wait to meet you!
