Tok is a great pyrenees-arctic wolf mix who came to Indigo Mountain from a back-yard breeder in Indiana.
The breeder had thrown together a brother and sister in hopes of producing a beautiful litter of arctic-style wolfdogs.
This severe inbreeding and substandard conditions lead to number of health issues for Tok to combat throughout his puppyhood.
Tok battled like a trooper and grew into a sweet, goofy young dog with boundless enthusiasm and energy.
He is a sweet, outgoing and friendly wolfdog who loves people and enjoys butt rubs.
In 2012 Tok was diagnosed with bone cancer in his front leg and had to go through surgery to amputate the leg to save his life. He has recovered and has adjusted remarkably well to life as a tripawd.
